Career journeys take many different directions, some planned while many unexpected. Navigating your journey can at times feel daunting and even out of control. Removing the feeling of isolation and seeking help is the first step to regaining control and putting yourself back into the driver’s seat of your career journey.
Having had very limited access to career mentoring myself I’m inspired to reverse this and help others to identify opportunities around them, test their potential, and even learn from my mistakes.
