About me

My consultancy grew from an aspiration to turn over 20 years of professional experience as an executive leader into something tangible, to help emerging leaders create better workplaces. While learning from our own mistakes helps to shape us, I believe it’s equally important not to ‘reinvent the wheel’. I also believe that intrinsically, we’re not designed to ‘do it alone’ – and so I created LMS Consulting.

 My career Story

I’ve built my career path in alignment with my aspirations and values. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, I moved into senior and executive roles in the media & entertainment sector with international brands: Disney, MTV and Nickelodeon.

I was then inspired to take a very different trajectory into the not-for-profit sector as CEO of a women’s community services charity. Alongside my professional consulting activities, I currently sit on boards in the Arts and Women’s Services sectors. My successes with all these organisations are a testament to the high-performing teams I developed and led.

I’m relishing this current phase in my career as a coach, mentor and advisor. My ‘happy place’ is supporting the development of others in their professional leadership and personal career journeys, seeing them build high-performance cultures and create meaningful impact. I’ve successfully coached and mentored clients in the areas of leadership development, performance improvement, and career transition. My relationship-led approach to coaching and consulting has gained positive feedback, being highly valued by my clients and associated stakeholders.

While working with people energises me, I do love some down time too. Ocean swimming, just reading a book on the beach, and travel with family and friends all help to round out my perspective on the things that make both work and leisure better places to be.
